AI Crew

Your airline keeps flying without you

Hire AI pilots, assign them to repeating routes and let your virtual airline earn while you are away. Duty limits, weather, stress and co-pilots make the system feel like real crew management.

Hire AI pilots

Recruit computer-controlled captains with their own daily duty limits, stress baselines and wages. Each pilot belongs to your company and flies your aircraft.

Automated routes

Set captains on repeating cargo, passenger or medevac routes. Legs settle automatically, deposit revenue, deduct wages and log flight hours while you fly elsewhere.

Rest and co-pilots

Single crew are capped with hours of duty. Add a company co-pilot to extend the limit for longer journeys and earn a +50% payout bonus on shared legs.

Stress and weather

AI pilots build stress from crosswinds, low visibility and workload. High stress degrades landing quality and can damage cargo. Stressed or tired crews wait at the outstation until it is safe to continue.

Risk you can see

Before dispatch, the planner warns you if a pilot is short on duty hours, if the destination crosswind is above recommended limits, or if visibility is below the pilot's limits. You can dispatch anyway, but the crew will hold, rest or fly under duress — and the flight log will show it.

  • 8-hour single-crew duty cap, 14 hours with a co-pilot
  • Stress rises with weather and workload; recovers while resting
  • Severe stress can cause heavy landings and cargo damage
  • Holds are visible on the Crew, Live and Flight Log pages
